All students planning to participate in school sports must have a physical on file from within the past two years. This event is open to all incoming 6th–12th grade students, so don’t miss your chance to get it done for free!

We are implementing a $25 no-show fee this year. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the fee will be charged to your student’s account to help reduce missed appointments.
