The following scholarships have been publicized to the Seaside High School Counseling Office for the Class of 2026.

Assistance League of the Columbia Pacific Scholarship
The Assistance League will award a $2,000.00 scholarship to graduating high school seniors who plan to attend an accredited Community College or Trade School. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher and have volunteer experience either in their school and/or their community.
Scholarship Criteria: High School:
1. Must be a senior in high school in the Columbia Pacific Region.
2. Must have a GPA of at least 2.00.
3. Be attending an accredited Community College or Trade School in the fall.
4. Must have made specific plans for education beyond high school consistent with educational goals.
5. Have had some volunteer hours and participation in their community during their high school career.

Cannon Beach Chorus Scholarship
The Cannon Beach Chorus Scholarship is for graduating high school senior vocalists who are currently enrolled in a choral program, and who will continue choral singing at a 4 year college or university. Students from all Clatsop County high schools are eligible. Auditions are required and held in April. For audition requirements and an application, use the link provided or see our choral director Mr. Brien.
Clatsop Association of Realtors Scholarship
Due by March 31, 2026. Applicants should submit a complete package, including:
- Page 1 of the attached application document
- A list of high school involvement (community service, volunteer work, sports, school activities, etc.)
- A short essay on their college plans and future aspirations
- Two recommendations from teachers or coaches

Maps Scholarship Program
Our 2026 scholarship applications are now open, and this year we’ll award more than $60,000 in support of local students pursuing their next chapter. Scholarships are available to high school students who live or attend school in Marion or Polk Counties, or in Wilsonville, Astoria, Seaside, or Oregon City. Please read individual scholarship criteria carefully as some may not apply to some students.
Declan Reed Benenati Scholarship
A one-time $2,000 scholarship will be awarded to one applicant from each of the following local area schools.2026 Scholarship Application Deadline is May 8, 2026
Scholarship Recipient Requirements:

Applicants must be a current high school senior.

Applicants must attend an accredited or licensed post-high school educational or vocational institution or apprenticeship and be registered full time.

Applicants must fall under at least one of the following scenarios:

Have volunteer and service hours working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; OR
-
Plan on going into a field that provides services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (i.e. special education, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, behavior professional, direct support professional, services coordinator or counselor, etc.) This list is not exhaustive, and we can look at each application individually; OR
-
Be a student with intellectual and developmental disabilities who wishes to attend an accredited or licensed post-high school educational or vocational institution or apprenticeship.

Fibre Federal/TLC Credit Union Scholarship
The Fibre Federal/TLC Credit Union scholarship is now available.

Scholarship requirements:- Applicant must be a Fibre Federal Credit Union/TLC, A Division of Fibre Federal Credit Union member.
- Application must be accompanied by a copy of current school transcripts, or equivalent.
- Application must be accompanied by a minimum of (1) letter of recommendation.
Scholarship awards are based on:
- Quality/Completeness of Scholarship Application
- Financial Planning/Need
- Academic Standing
- Extra-Curricular Activities
- In addition to the criteria listed above, the Jim Stacie Memorial Scholarship is awarded based on leadership qualities
- Scholarship Applications are due by 5:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026

- Resident of Oregon or Siskiyou County, California
- Graduating high school senior, recent graduate, or equivalent, and never enrolled full time in a two- or four-year college program
- Goal to earn a bachelor’s degree
- Fall enrollment of application year, attending full time, on campus at a federally financial aid-eligible public or private (nonprofit) college, based in their home state of Oregon or California*
- Face significant barriers – financial and otherwise – to attending college
- A completed financial aid application and have a Student Aid Index (SAI) of no more than 8,000

Local Scholarships are open to all seniors graduating in the current year.
Scholarships open November 10th @ 9am and close February 13th at 11:59pm.
The following scholarships all use the same SHS common application. This means your information will be saved upon completion of the first scholarship you fill out and is automatically input in the next scholarship applied for. Students will still need to submit each scholarship they apply for individually.

Hyde Racing Scholarship
Hyde Racing Scholarship: This $5,000-dollar scholarship will be awarded to one female in the graduating class who plans on attending a Community College or Trade/Technical School. This scholarship is renewable for two years, if the student maintains C’s and above while attending school full time. Hyde Racing is looking for a female student who has demonstrated the ability to overcome adversity while balancing the demands of high school. Closes February 13th @ 3:30pm. Applications are available in the counseling office and must be returned to the counseling office prior to the deadline.
