Transcript Requests
**COVID-19 NOTICE FOR TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS **

In light of current guidance to diminish the spread of coronavirus/COVID-19, beginning Monday, 3/16 and until further notice the Office of the Registrar will provide service only via email and phone and will be suspending in-person service hours. During this time the option for in-person pick-up or fax of transcripts is not available. Please choose either the e-transcript or paper mailed transcript option when placing your transcript order.

Current Students: Students can access their current transcript on StudentVue at any time. Mrs. Thompson the registrar can also email an unofficial copy upon request of a student or parent. To mail a transcript to a college or university, please follow the below steps:

  • Print Transcript Request Form (see documents)
       
  • Email our registrar at tthompson@seasidek12.org with a scanned copy or photo of the completed form.



Alumni & Past Students: Please indicate the year you graduated or stopped attending SHS, your name at the time you were a student, and the location where you would like your transcript sent. Please follow the below steps:

  • Print a Transcript Request form (see documents)
       
  • Email our registrar at tthompson@seasidek12.org with a scanned copy or photo of the completed form.
